Thekookbook, extending/comments on your post, assume the shorts/mm's shorted every share(whether cert or not) bought above 0.16 in the recent run-up. That would have generated the volume earlier in the week, and then on Friday, they did cover some of those around 0.11-0.14.. that would account for part of the 27 mils. All IMO.
