I agree with a lot of what you said except for this part:

Yes it sure does. The company owns 360 million shares and Wessel is somewhere in the process of buying 125 million shares. They might be done at this point...now with the O/S share count at 500 million that would leave only 15 million shares left over. Then lets not forget that Partysasquatch owns around 40 million shares and there are other big holders around here that hold millions as well. Then Friday's volume was 27 million????

Well where the hell are all of these shares coming from?

The company is not diluting they are just phantom shares that some market maker printed back in the day when this was LFWK...

Are you still so sure that there is no naked shorting in this stock?
