The current settlement states that the final deal must be done on or before October 27th, 2017. So there is a nice quick timeline here. If I'm reading that right, of course. The settlement will be "non typical" so it should be interesting. Will set the stage for what the next several settlements will be structured as.

At this rate we may see .10 + in 2 months. Maybe more. Organic revenue and sales growth and a reduction in share count (that's a big wish here) will be what sends this far, far north of that.
