So, look at 3M now and it was "downgraded." I guess the games continue. When it's upgraded, if it's upgraded, I'm sure we'll see the eventual decline until it gets a downgrade again for it to move up again.

It's all rigged. That's why Buffett's way is really the only way - stick to value and ride it.
