Here's some great info the SEC recently posted on its website.

"The SEC recently studied the outcomes of OTC trades and found the results to be strongly NEGATIVE.

"Analysis of 1.8 million trades by over 200,000
individual investors confirms that the typical
OTC investment return is severely negative."
