Soup liquidation is the old company that's why they changed the name and your right there not publicly traded. Gallant Brands isn't publicly traded either. Soupman Inc is and until the the Bk process is over that's why Gallant puts d/b/a on the pr. Cause with the confidentiality agreement in contract they can't, it's also why none of the transcripts can be viewed. IMO
