That doesn't look like a slight decline, it looks like a downward spiral after 12 weeks.

After 12 weeks? It improves.. Are you looking at the placebo? At 48 weeks there is a decline of less than 1 point on the MMSE, similar to the average for 2-73 on the phase 2 (albeit not dose optimized, that could have been significantly better).
