All iDevices have BMG components inside them. The parts are small and would barely register on the balance sheets, so no idea who is making those tiny bmg parts, no idea what formula they use, no doubt each part would be of a different formula depending on the needs of that part. ... Get my point?

No, I don't get your point.

In the last several years, there have been 100's of millions of iDevices manufactured. Apple has actually sold over 1 BILLION iPhones (see, https://www.lifewire.com/how-many-iphones-have-been-sold-1999500. Some of the iPhones would have preceded Apple's secret use of BMG, but then there are the (100's ?)millions of other iDevices (iPods, iPads, watches, etc.) that Apple has also sold in the recent years. With several components per device, Apple must have used at least 500,000,000 - 1,000,000,000 BMG components. These 500,000,000 - 1,000,000,000 components are so small that they don't show up on a balance sheet?

Have we ever found out who made the 100's of millions sim ejector tools ?

No, but I believe that Apple only included those with the iPhone 3. So, I doubt that 100's of millions were manufactured.
