CTXR (Nasdaq) 3.4, offers a promising pipeline but doesn't have much in the way of media so far since been trading on OTC recently. as soon as it will be found, will get a lot of interest ( Before Dec. 2017 FDA Phase 3 Catalyst).imo. reasons in Previous post.
