Reality: If all patients are at high dose in phase 3 and 54% of them improve after a year, that would certainly be an approved drug imo, since SOC lasts for 3 months and then patients decline rapidly. Even if 10% improved after 57 weeks the FDA should approve it !
If BIIB today reported this news it would be up $70/share.
