lol I agree. IMO this is similar to a soft release just to make sure it works properly and that the market accepts it as a viable source. Once they realize the product is sufficient they will promote. All IMO of course. The new CEO has a wonderful base to build from, came in to complete the mission, and it is just the beginning.
