ok,trading here around 93 cents thanks to KKR shorting makes me think:KKR is NOT gonna do a conversion now at 1.10 but rather at .93 with a discount,maybe 70 cents.But we need the money to do a M or A.So we can now say first a new conversion ratio and only later some M or A.So I think we can now say:no M or A before year end.And with the stock trading here,it will be a small aquisition even with 3B shares.If there ever comes one with these boys.
