Reply was to a previous "Soupman AVOIDED bankruptcy" post. SOUPQ did not avoid BK, it entered BK and thus received its SEC "Q". Again, the reply was to a previous post that bankruptcy was somehow avoided, it was not, it was entered into. Court records (pacer, etc.) cover the company entering into bankruptcy protection. To say SOUPQ avoided bankruptcy is not quite correct. It was "in" bankruptcy. No matter now, a privately-held company owns the assets.
