The email from Kay on June 17th about that 9.7m and license agreement:

"The only money we made off of Microsoft was from the lawsuit with Phone Factor. We don’t have any other contract from them. We still can make money off of them when their clients use Azure and potentially buy our ProtectID, but no one has as of yet."

It seems 9.7m was from Phone Factor, and the license agreement was for ProtectID.

What I don't understand is MSFT has been getting money for Azure. Why SFOR has not been paid?
