Probably between market makers. At TDAm, I was directed to a "trade inquiry," team, that actually calls the market maker to try and close out the position (of which mine is only 5 digits worth), but no dice, because of the lockdown. So, I'm not a lawyer, but, maybe BDGR is being kept alive to avoid the hammer from numerous parties that a dissolution of the stock might bring. Rust never sleeps, and neither does Lanza the slimeball.
