The money was paid by gallant for the assets and debt. They didn't directly pay the creditors themselves that's why the us trustee and the judge were still involved to make sure. The stock has been in the us trustee hands "debtor in possesion" soupman emerged from bankruptcy on the 8th but everything was not settled in the courts eyes once the government is involved you have to complete there process. The meeting being canceled with " no matters moving forward" IMO means the courts should be happy everything is paid. IMO
