Also, notice how they refer to them as members'interests in Spectrum? And then refer to shares of common stock when they are talking about Banjo amending its articles of incorporation. Just from the subtle difference in language you can see that they are two separate things.

Members' interests vs Authorized shares of common stock. That Cap Table is showing members' interests in Spectrum. It's showing who owns what percentage. Those members' interests are not the same as common stock and only pertain to the private entity known as Spectrum.

"In consideration, Spectrum agrees to issue membership interests in Spectrum as per exhibit 1 of the MOU equal to their respective percentages of its issued and outstanding members’ interests on a fully diluted basis concurrently with the closing of the capital raise. Banjo is expeditiously seeking to amend its articles of incorporation to increase the Company’s authorized shares of common stock to 500,000,000 from 100,000,000"
