The fact is that Steipp had led the Company down a treacherous slope ending up in a cul de sac which a top Materion exec labeled "niche of a niche", and has ended up being a niche of nothing.

Steip could have hired any top salesman in the industry and the results would still be the same for the LQMT Engel machine that we face today.

So, lay off of Hauck. So many have said, if he weren't good, why is he still here? Lugee Li has known Hauck for many years since Lugee first became interested in MIM. They go back to the days of Hauck being President of the MIM association. Lugee knows Hauck has much value.

By the way, it was Bromage who brought in Hauck, not Steipp. People forget that the job of business development cast umbrage over marketing and sales.
Bruce and Tom brought the company to zero revenues over 7 years...NOT HAUCK.
