Kevin Wright was also involved with the CHUM pump and dump. Both the BCSC and ASC issued a CTO on it in April of 2015. Mike Norman mailer pump as I recall.

Anyone contact the OSC yet on the RAKR promo pump and dump? Or the BCSC since the auditor is there and macDonald Tuskey is counsel of record?
