I am not aware of Momentous ever putting out a PR stating that the Neurofuse deal was off. Last we heard it was delayed. I recall nothing about them saying it wasn't going to be a good fit.

At least the MMEG reality that I view is still real! And the previous claim mentioned that MMEG is "transparent" doesn't fall in for reality!

MMEG has been transparent and strategic with every move they make.
