I'm sorry ArchTech, but I am not aware of Momentous ever putting out a PR stating that the Neurofuse deal was off. Last we heard it was delayed. I recall nothing about them saying it wasn't going to be a good fit.

As far as we know, Neurofuse is still in the works. Unless we hear otherwise, it's still in the works. I think you might have gotten confused about something stated in one of the filings about there being no guarantee that Neurofuse would close. But that doesn't mean they scrapped it unless we hear otherwise.
