The 4 billion shares is total for the private company. It looks like Banjo management is receiving 6.33% interest in Spectrum post merger. The AS increase to 500 million will ensure that everyone can maintain their percent ownership after the merger is finalized. Increasing the AS is the only way to ensure everyone involved in the deal gets their piece of the pie.

We as common shareholders will be not be affected IMO. Everything is looking quite GOLDEN.
