To add to your point about the 2 Companies- BreathTec was a Dr Yost dream and hire Cannabix Breathalyzer Inc not Cannabix Technologies Inc to finish a Breathalyzer that could be used on the Medical side, Trillions of dollars there vs Billions for Drug Breathalyzer but the dollars don't matter to Dr Yost, it's about pushing FAIMS to a Hand Held Tool for anyone to use as a Tool for what any ones looking for, be it THC or Cancer or even ZEKA
The FAIMS Hand Held Breathalyzer Tool - be It for THC there is some things needed for being true per the Courts for Certification that a Doctor Office visit isn't needed but in the field like raining outside or -0* vs 110* outside that a Hand Held would need and especially for anyone to use that has it in their hand and don't know the Science dehind it - it's a Tool and nothing more, someday maybe we'll see Impaired Reading as in a BAC Breathalyzer but I don't see that until a lot of info is collected from Studies that are already in the works or from the FAIMS Breathalyzer in use and the collected info that is then compared to a DRUG RECOGNITION EXPERTS (DRE) assessment of ones well being at the time of the BLO
As to Funding - Cannabix Technologies Inc is funding the THC Breathalyzer and be it ZEKA as in ZeptoMetrix™ Corporation, those wanting the Tool will be funding their own Research of the Tool, yes they too will get the Yost help in making the Tool tweaked for their quest of use of the Tool but see no where as to the building of the 1st FAIMS Hand Held Breathalyzer that one company gains more than the other
Share Structure is the only difference here - Both Company's haven't enough shares but both will do just fine and staying Long in both is my Opinion - Sure one can grab some profits here and there but that depends on whoever playing or Investing strategy is - Pants can get caught down but pockets could be filled either way
