My apologies to the board, but I must take issue with your assumptions. I disagree with your belief that Yost has prioritized Cannabix over Breathtec. Where's the proof? When you say take off, are you suggesting Cannabix will have a working device in the market or still in the testing phase? What is the catalyst for Cannabix taking off? When you state there is a gaping hole for law enforcements need for a THC breathalyzer that is true. However, it is also true a life saving disease detection breathalyzer is also in global demand by the medical and pharmaceutical industry. Funding will not be a problem for Btec period. If it takes another round of funding so be it. Were going after what is arguably a trillion dollar global market. I personally do not believe BLO and Breath will merge at this point. The most advantageous time was back in 2015 early 2016 IMO now. They are both on their own path to completion, and I believe they will be buyout targets in the future. As in zero products sold to get the gold! I don't understand your leaky roof analogy. As far as Btec, the recent monthly report suggests we are well on our way to success. I do not believe it will take multiple phases of FDA approval for a buyer to step in and take Btec over the finish line. Meaning, the timeline that continues to be portrayed is a lot shorter than most think IMO. Another point is Btec is the love child of Yost. If not for Btec already being in Yost's wheelhouse pre Cannabix, BLO would most likely not exist today, and none of us would be here - fact! So my number one priority continues to be - Maximimum potential returns based on shared technology. Would I gamble on BLO going on a tear before Doubling Down? It's a good strategy, but also very risky. Btec is at historic lows right now by no fault of the technology. To be clear, shaving points off your BLO shares is not what I'm advocating anyone do, but I damn sure won't be one caught with my pants down when either company drops game changing news.
