Yes if we knew the details it would help a lot of investors. PNTV has kept this under wraps because it would probably scare investors away. One of the plaintiffs Michael S Pratter works for Global FinancialAdvisors which is also a plaintiff in the case. If you go to Michael Pratter page and hit the drop down link on top right it has links to PNTV and WeedTV.

Also, if you dig deeper into Global they have Partners in the company that also have worked for Finra in the past. So I am pretty sure Global knows what they are doing and this lawsuit is anything but "frivolous"
