What do you think of the unblinded RWD trial of now 100,000 plus that AMRN is running?

Not a randomized trial - and even the best epidemiological studies are essentially worthless below about HR<1.3. More typically they are pretty useless about HR=2-ish. So, yeah, I'd agree this helps rule out, for instance, HR=3.

NOTE: I noted this before on this board. Epi data is largely worthless.
