AF's articles made up the bulk of the accusations in that complaint, together with the Phase Five guys articles... and remember, the suit was dismissed for FAILURE TO STATE A CLAIM, which means they were given the most favorabile factual disposition in the court system to show that they had ANY BASIS AT ALL to file a suit... and they did not have such a basis, and then they were given time to amend both before the extensively WRITTEN RULING dismissing their claims, and then after the ruling they had time again to amend, based upon the specifics of the ruling... and they DID NOT refile, thereby barring the same exact claims.

Anyone looking at that situation and not outraged isn't looking closely enough at these interlopers trying to rip off, shakedown and undermine this company, its shareholders and the potential benefit to society of the advances here....

It's all very Martin Shkreli-esque, and of course, dressed up and painted up to make it look like they are advocates for the small guy. That's how it's done.
