Total deaths is such a red herring ... and u should know why

There is no universe in which total deaths is a red herring. If it repeats (it showed up in both Omega and Jelis) and is even a strong trend, then Vascepa is going to have problems.

The bleeding risk has been analyzed to death ... don’t think it exists

Maybe, maybe not. It is not my point to be definitive (since no such data allows it), but to point out that there are risks (for the same reason - there is no definitive data to rule it out). And the fact that Jelis and Omega point in the same direction on some things should be worrisome.)
