It is my opinion that the potential "scam" had already ran it's course and was back at a fair market value. I don't think it is right to sacrifice current shareholders accounts to potentially save future shareholders accounts. If you bought near $2 and held to near .05c then that was the traders decision. But why should people who bought low be automatically pay the ultimate price. For every (scam stock) suspended 10 more take its place. The SEC is fighting a losing battle at the expense of honest common individuals.
