RedCloud, I never said anything about them diluting these shares, what I said is that the current price cannot support the number of shares currently outstanding which is about 80 million. The company would have to be worth 40 million just to support $0.50. Also, something we are not seeing, if Big Apple took over the debt of this company, where is there piece of the pie. Also, explain to me why the 3 Big Wigs felt that they had the right to take 30 million shares off the top of this one. Not only that, but that 30 million plus their dividend shares will make them them over 50% owners, leaving us investors with no say in decisions made for EVSY. If I am wrong please direct me in the right direction.
