Jimmy... They only raised the authorized to 300 million. As there has never been any mention of issuing all 300 million shares. I'm not sure why you think it's bad that they are not diluting EVSY. The reason for the authorized being 300 is to allow them to facilitate aquisitions. Lower O/S=greater PPS.
