OBTV's new ticker is OBBCQ; it was in the .02's back in June of 04 when this bk began; the shareholders will not be impaired, all litigation settled, financials filed with the SEC and now their accountants finish the audit, and now the Reorganization Plan needs approval by court, possibly more acquisitions and news coming soon. GLTY
