Furthermore, an information statement pursuant to Regulation 14C of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, was mailed on September 6, 2017, to holders of record of the Company’s common and preferred stock as of August 21, 2017. The shareholder action became effective on September 27, 2017. The Company then filed an Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of Florida on September 28, 2017.
