After its successful merger with Saddle River Media, Inc. (SRMX) SkyFidelity, Inc. has been moving forward with the development of various technologies including the SkiQ-the first of its kinds 4G/LTE Super Router-- as well as its other Smart Energy product line. Currently, the Company is completing the initial manufacturing phase of the SkiQ Super Router and intends to make this device available for sale in the marketplace through TriCascades Amazon Prime distribution relationship in December 2017. Additionally, the Company intends to solidify a retail distribution relationship and sales for the first quarter of 2018.
