As describedinthe Subsequent Events Note on page 14, on February 28,2017 the Company spunout its Saddle Ranch Pictures, Inc subsidiary, together withthe spinout of the African American Medical Network. However, also on February 28,2017 the Company announced the acquisition of Skyfidelity, Inc together with its
whollyowned subsidiary, Tricasade, Inc. through the exchange of
stock. Accordingly, the Company is no longer
in the entertainment and movie/tv production and distribution business , and is now focused with operations both
in central and southern Florida, as well as in Taiwan,
to become a worldclass global multi-division technology
company with its four operating
divisions: Cloud Managed Services (IoT), Solar Power Solutions, Satellite Broadband, and WiFi Camera Security Surveillance (see
