I don't see Financials being released until early to mid 2018.

In section 9.01 of the Super 8k, the private company, which would be pixel mags, has to provide 2 years of audited financials.

The founders of Pixel mags have turned out to be crooks.

"founded by criminal Ryan Marquis of Plastc Inc. PixelMags is founded by compulsive liar and thief Ryan Marquis who used his fraudulent company Plastc Inc to steal $13 million from his victims."


I assume that they would have cooked the books for pixelmags, which is the reason for the delay. Pixelmags would have to wait approximately 2 years from when the crooks left the company.

This is the only thing I can think of why the financials have never been released.
