MCIG should also take blame for the delay, they are in charge of the build out and you have to have equipment ordered ahead of time not during the project. What a joke over a month delay for industrial AC units. Talk to you all in November when they announce approval of phase 2. Just hope for everyone we are not at .03 by then.
