The second half of his post does not make sense. Think about it, if Kay uses the 15m to pay off all the company owes to others, the company would not owe anybody any more. The first settlement is an indicator of all the trend of the rest 6. The funds from the rest 6 settlements will stay with the company.

After the company wins 15m from the first one, no matter what Kay uses the money first to pay for, would you sell your holding? I would hold for rest settlements and filing of more infringing lawsuits. I don't think other longs would sell either. We have been waiting for this moment for so long, why sell after the first settlement?

If nobody sells, how could the share price "drops to 0.0001, and no bid no ask eventually" ?
