No I didn't. I never once implied that a major bev company would be interested in buying the brand regardless of sales volume. I think it is rather obvious that significant sales volume would be needed to attract attention. I only said that the interested party wouldn't care about the financial details of ICNB. They would only care about the value of the brand to them...and how they could continue to grow the distribution and volume further. They wouldn't need an ICNB audit to find out what they need to make a proper valuation and subsequent offer for the brand.
