Remember eCarfly has finacials with earnings. Not to many small companies just starting out can say this. Per my conversation the other day with Jean, investors bought ECFL as a shell company. CEO does not own ECFL he is the CEO.

There are 8 employees running ECFL and they are spending their money to acquire Complete Auto and eAutoDrop who is the sub of Complete Auto who is the parent company. When everyone is aquired there will be 150 employees. In the near future they will also have a board of directors. Complete Auto has been in business for a few years and has earnings while eAutoDrop is a recent company.

Remember Complete Auto has ties with Ebay and holds a contract with them. Here is todays headline on from the Pink sheet.

ECFL popular today. I am sure ECFL employees are very busy creating a major online company. Imagine today they announced another new dealership:
"Signs Largest Ford Internet Dealer Sells 40 to 50 Cars per month."
This is only one dealer among the many more listed dealerships and adding. Count the numbers...Today we hit .12 or 10xs=1.20
and closed at .092=.92cents before split.
