On a side note. IF we don't have to give a cut to the lawyers...

A single settlement of $61,500,000.00 will pay the lender off of the $7,500,000 and leave SFOR with $54,000,000. Anything after that would be 2.5% to the lender.

For Lender: ($61,500,000 - $1,500,000) * .1 = $7,500,000
For SFOR: $61,500,000 - $7,500,000 = $54,000,000
