Now J Donald Payne of Oncolix is trying to sneak away slowely from the company by stepping down

J Donald Payne has been through this road before he is a pump and dump con artist who steals hundreds of thousands of dollars through his lies and his promotion on Oncolix is no different
Hopefully the SEC will not allow him to just slither away again like he did with Aprogenix
