I'm excited about the company's assertion that dose dependency has been sustained at 57 weeks. I'd like to see those stats, which oddly they didn't provide at the 57-week presentation. I hope they are more robust than the 5-week OLS. I'm not sure they will include them at CTAD 2017 but they should. I will be looking for them, and disappointed if they do not, especially given their assertion.

Dose dependency is not binary (ie, it's not really "it is or isn't"), it's a statistical relation best characterized by a linear OLS regression with correlation coefficient and r-squared. See the 5-week chart as example of how grey it can be.

We'll see. Excited and hopeful.
