My best guess is this shell EEGI is being groomed for the soon to be legalized cannabis industry in Canada. Looks to becoming legal in Canada July 2018 and i believe EEGI will be on the cutting edge with a huge marketing strategy in the works. All remains to be seen but news should be coming soon but of course it could be a while. I think soon but just an opinion.
