Are they not paying attorneys 1.5 million dollars to represent them? seems to be what I just read on the 8K. lawyers litigate for money.. in this case it means your money. shareholders money.

this is a patent troll plain and simple.

there is huge debt and they are broke.

they have no choice but to continue diluting.

I would highly recommend shareholders read the terms of the financing for the lawsuits. scary stuff.
