I have been watching this one, and to me it looks like a private company bought the assets, trademarks and trade name.
The press release refers to keeping the public informed, not the shareholders, because a private company has no shareholders.
Unless there are any other assets, I think this is just an empty shell now. But even shells have value, and this new company could buy cheap shares here and buy the shell back too.
Who knows what will happen to SOUPQ ?
I am watching from the sidelines, and I wish you all good luck with this one, but I may buy in when I think it will bounce back from where it bottoms?

All the above is my opinion, after all who would believe me anyway since I drive a 1975 Vega!
