So the DS that states that their supplement is to restore appropriate EPA levels since our modern western diet is deficient in them .....and then goes on to state in bold print

And the statement "This product is not intended to diagnose , treat , cure or prevent any disease" appears nowhere on that page - even if it did, it would be similar to that Star Trek episode with Harry Mudd that ends with the classic "Liar's Paradox" scene where Kirk tells an android "Everything Harry says is a lie", then Harry tells the android "I'm lying", making the android's head literally explode from the endless loop of the paradox.
