For me at least, it's (ANCHOR SPA rescindment) the best thing that could have happened. Hopefully someday you will feel the same.

You'll have to explain that one to me. I see no way that was the best thing. All you have is a depressed stock price since that time and probably greatly reduced scripts as well.

The outcome study being "substantially underway" was always part of the process as I remember. I did not think of the competition aspect, but it does not matter to me. The SPA is a contract and, to me, there was no new clinical evidence, which would allow SPA action, that had any bearing on what ANCHOR was supposed to be reviewed for.

None of this matters of course. What happened, happened and we're waiting on ITC and RI now.
