Yes that is correct.

All shareholders of record as of October 10th 2017 will be issued an additional Ten (10) new SQTX shares at no additional cost cost, but that bonus only applies to shares owned prior to October 101h 2017.

However, on addition purchasers of the PPM SQTX restricted shares prior to November 15th 2017 will also be issued ten (10) additional restricred shares at no extra cost for every one share purchased at $1.25 per share.

Essentially, buy one receive 10.
