Hey art - how about, 'they' are manipulating price, holding it down, so 'they' themselves can accumulate stock, as opposed to, in addition to, doing the bidding of clients? A smart group at, or of, MM(S) opines that BIEL may well be a huge winner, in light of all we know......would you not accumulate a few billion shares, in anticipation of the tsunami, both long-term and short term?
